Device Booster Warning

I would give Discovery vitality a zero. I bought a new fitness device on Friday 27 September for R3,000 and activated the device booster on the discovery App on Monday 30th September so I can get cash back as they advertised. When I called today to confirm activation I was told sorry you are not eligible for the cash back because you bought the device before the activation. What a load of bull****. Discovery Vitality you suck. The App says you must buy your device within 30 days. It does not state you must first activate the booster on the App then buy the device. Flipping ridiculous. Going to send a copy of this to the CGSO as well.
