Deplorable service! Trapped!

I joined vitality in September. I was promised free first 3 months as they were running a campaign at the time. What has happened since: - I am paying for my membership - I joined VA gym and my gym visits aren’t synched - I don’t get my game boards - I don’t get discount as promised if I attend gym for a specific minimum threshold - My V Miles do not get updated - so much airtime, emailing, time has been wasted to not action or solution from Discovery.
