Deleted my points - *****s

<p>This organisation simply deleted about 17 000 points i had generated since the 1st May 2017 when I first joined Discovery Health AND Discovery Vitality. Some *********** notified me that this is duesto the change over from my previous medical aid?? Huh??? Why?? I was never a member of Vitality so how on earth could me taking Discovery medical aid result in me losing my first 2 months of Vitality points?? So what am I paying for?? I instructed them to refund all the premiums I paid as they have unilaterally deleted my membership for 2 months (May and June) and was told that premiums are non refundable. How can someone in breach of contract not owe money they have taken under false pretences? </p>
