Delays with Team Vitality

I signed up for Team Vitality: Did not get any email code to collec the race t shirt. I enquired with their online chat, chatted to Nonkululeko and Anele on two different dates, they both gave me two codes stating the back office will need to update as the wrong profile was loaded. Not sure how this is possible or what ***** is going on there. I have since been waiting for the email confirmation without any luck.
