Deducts money without consent. *******!

I cancelled my Vitality more than 2 months ago and the agent confirmed that no money will be deducted.

Now all of a sudden, an unauthorized amount was taken of off out bank account and note we are now in April, without a Vitality which I don't want anyway! I need my money refunded!
