Debited without consent

Absolutely disgusting, I have cancelled my life insurance and Vitality in September and it has been an ongoing battle of cancelling and of Vitality reactivating my account 6 times without consent!! They debit month after month and every month it has to be reversed. Just remove me from your database as I will never want to go back from this horrible experience!!
