Debit order issues vutality

1 st debit to vitality didn't go off last month a stgey debited me on 27th instead of 25th. Asked for redbit and it never happened. This month they decide to debit on 26 at midnight, the money was only reflecting at 2 am. Now the debit has bounced again .

I sent mails repeatedly. Please do not cancel my vitality again....it has impact on my membership. Do not cancel my vitality. Redebit me immediately there is funds
