Debit order

I cancelled my discovery vitality on the 3rd of August. Got debited still on the 1st of September. Reversed the transactions as I feel it unfair to cancel on the 3rd and be told that it will be cancelled on the 31st. This month again I was debited I called and they gave the same story. Discovery Vitality is reaping people off of their money.
