<p>Discovery vitality had messed up my profile from day one! They never deducted any monthly installments from me to which I followed up more than once. They had acknowledged their error and then I wanted to utilise the gym benefit. I paid the once off fee in March / April and then I get a nasty email saying that my Vitality was cancelled effective December 2015 because I haven't made any payments ! So now they want to keep the once off fee for a benefit I don't have and didn't enjoy cover for ! I understand it's non refundable but how can it be non refundable if I never had cover at the time????? My ID is ********** 239081</p>
