Daylight *******

I am extremely upset about how discovery vitality has incorrectly informed me and are now practically *****ing money from me and have yet to respond to me.

I received a call from an agent to activate a 3 month free trial of discovery vitality and no where in the call was I advised that I would need to cancel it after the free 3 month period only what was said to me was should you wish to continue which is quite vague and I understood it as should I wish to continue with the product.

I requested the recording and upon hearing it not once was it mentioned that I need to cancel this, I have sent an email back to them as was mentioned in their mail to me where they did not see anything wrong in their call but I have yet to hear a response from them and it's been weeks! and in the meantime they still deducting money for this pathetic service which I want no part of.

I will be canceling membership because honestly this is daylight *******, I want to be fully reimbursed for this vitality nonsense that they have been taking every month from me. I am disgusted at how they can take my money but not respond to my emails.
