Cutting out good studios and clients wanting to be healthy

Last year, with the encouragement of my finanicial advisor, I changed my RA to Discovery and started a Life insurance scheme. I was the perfect candidate to achieve the cash back for maintaining Gold. I attend yoga 2-3 times a week and I was getting points from going, but not really benefitting from them. Suddenly, I saw how valuable it would be to get my investment matched by maintaining Gold. This year that all changed.

I go to Hotdog Yoga studio, 202 Main rd, Sea Point, Cape Town. At the end of January this year I found out I could no longer log my yoga sessions as the app wasn’t current.

Due to the sudden death of the owner, no-one had his log-in details and the app couldn't be updated.
Now the studio has been sold and the new owners can’t get registered on Vitality, putting their clients at a serious disadvantage.
They have told me it’s impossible to talk to anyone about this at Discovery. They have been told that if they don’t own their own parking lot, they can’t get registered.
This is absurd and cuts out all the small studios doing good work and helping to keep people like me strong, healthy and fit.

I will change both my RA and Life insurance if I don't maintain Gold because Discovery has made it impossible to choose the exercise that works for me at the studio that works for me. I'm a perfect candidate to achieve Gold/Diamond and yet they have made it impossible for me to log the exercise I'm doing.
