Customer service unavailability

I have been a member for many years, just shocked that they don't respond /or acknowledge complaints on the Hellopeter platform. I tried to call them, 5 minutes of computer options to be transferred to a consultant whom never answer the phone ringing.

I logged an email, received an automated reference and no feedback as yet.
