Customer service horrible system

Wanted to phone the store to ask a very simple question about stock for oura ring sizers. Finally got through to a human to talk to after 20 minutes. The human is not better than a robot. Asked me 5 questions, needed to get the app to answer one of the questions but the app didn't load, continued with the rest of the questions. Finally the app loads and I can answer the first question. NOPE, we cannot go back, authentication failed I have to phone again and go through 20 minutes of options AGAIN!!! Well done.
