Cusomer service ***********

Discovery must have the worst customer service department. I have had a query since 3 Jan still unresolved. They never stick to their time for replies. They never really read your query properly and try to think how to resolve but they send a cut and paste reply. Every time you follow up it goes to a different person. They should at least have one person deal with the same query untill fully resolved.
