Covid Basket of Care - Hopeless

Covid Basket of Care - I have been trying to sort this since November 2021. Told to get all medical accounts ammended to include a covid icd code which I did. Then told to send proof of positive covid tests whch I did. Covid basket supposedly approved but I have not received a cent back into my above threshold benefit for 2021 nor cash back for cash laid out. Absolutely no assistance from call centre staff, supposed senior staff dealing with covid issues - spoken to Tasneem, Keegan, Francine, Derrick and recently Luzelle to name a few. Horrific NON SERVICE.
