Contradicting ******

called vitality today to query where my 25 percent cash back points were as nothing had been loaded . With regard to pick n pay I was advised I only had 40 rand cash back where I had spend at least 400 if not more on healthy food items . The consultant advised me that this was not the case he said the yoghurt I bought doesn't qualify due to the yoghurt being choc chip in flavor and then I was told future life protein bars don't qualify either to which I responded asking the consultant how can this be yoghurt has always been deemed healthy and if it's a case that certain yoghurt flavors are not deemed healthy vitality should state that and further more how is it that future life cereal is deemed a healthy food yet their health bars are not ?? Vitality is a joke how can you contradict yourselves .further more in dischem and clicks it's clearly marked in stores what qualifies for vitality cash back but in pick n pay there were no indications what so ever .Even worse I ve spent over 1000 rand in dischem on healthy care products ie protein and vitamin supplements and I have no cash back loaded its a disgrace I think I'll report to CPA this *****ery and its only my 2nd month with them
