Continued pathetic service

After placing a complaint with hello Peter re Discovery Health l was contacted by Mr Mohammed Patel who said he would contact us within 3 days that was about 10 days ago. To call discovery at this oint in time is almost impossible and if you are luck enough to get through, somehow you get cut off. The Delta product is a disgrace and should not be in their portfolio. We would like a copy of the telephone conversation with authorizations made on the 2nd of October at around about 5.30 in which the lady gave us the go ahead as there were no neurosurgeon available at the Delta hospital.
