Continued debt orders after cancellation

<p>I cancelled my Life policy and Vitality membership - still taking money off every month - I have phoned and emailed to no avail!!</p> <p>Surely this constitutes a breach on Vitality side if they are now deducting via debit order when i have given written notice etc</p> <p>You now owe me money and i expect this to be resolved as a matter of urgency - this total lack of response is unacceptable!</p>
