Contacting Vitality Travel is impossible

Have been waiting for my Vitality Travel ticket refund for 3 months, they don't respond to emails and it is impossible to get hold of someone in their call center - I have been holding on now for a combined total of more 2 hours listening to a loop of them claiming "brilliant customer service".
