Consider another provider, you can never get through to their call centre!

You can never get hold of these people. On Thursday I called 6 times and had to go through the verification process 6 times. An hour later I got hold of someone who said she will call me back but never did. Today I called 4 times, same thing. The call just keeps getting dropped and no one calls you back. Shockingly poor service!
