Confidentiality of test results for points

So in order to receive extra Vitality points for the HIV test done during my pregnancy, I need to submit a copy of the HIV test... clearly this violates confidentiality, especially for patients who have positive results on this test and do not wish to disclose their status.... how can they even ask for the test results to be submitted? ???
