Compulsory covid-19 testing

I need to know why discovery is insisting on covid-19 tests or vaccination? As the government has done away with this, is discovery running the country now with absurd nonsensical rules? Our core purpose is to enhance and protect lives. To help keep everyone safe, you have to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19* or show a negative PCR test to enter a Discovery Store.
