Complex and convoluted program

On paper the benefits are great but to actually get it you have to really jump hoops. Firstly you cannot get any points at most stores if you do not have a loyalty card with the store. WHY? I spend money there, reward me! Then their support is really appalling. Took me more than a week to get 'signed' up and still nothing is activated on my discovery banking. It is really a very complex and convoluted program that requires 150% focus, attention, and effort if you want to reap any benefit. I'll be cancelling even before I manage to earn a single point.
