Complete inaction compromising my overseas trip

Booked my son's flight via Kulula with Vitality but because his name is wrong the ticket is wrong. The mistake is not mine but I'm paying the price. I can't get a visa now as the flight detail is wrong and I'm worried I can't fly.

Kulula wants me to pay $50 to fix but it was Vitality's mistake. Latest attempt they said the name would be changed by Friday morning latest but it wasn't
