Complaint!!!!

Warning! Never make manual payments to Discovery Vitality. I asked if they will deduct the amount as a double payment the next month and they said no. I made a manual payment and send the proof of payment. They deducted the amount as a double payment this month and I had to ask them to pay it back. I have phoned 3 times and have sent 3 emails and they still have nit responded or paid back the amount they owe me. This is not a difficult task but somehow they cannot provide a service.
