Complain about vitality

Hi I booked a flight a flight ticket with vitality by mistake they deducted twice I requested them to cancel one n refund me instead of that they cancel both my tickets I only find out when I want to apply the visa n now they r refusing me to book another ticket n they say refund is after 8 weeks
