Code 10 licence charged fee by Europcar. Absurd

I often book car with Europcar through vitality travel. I feel segregated and prejudiced because i carry a code 10 licence being driving since 1997 being charged a R50 or R100 a day for that. I queried that un jan 2024 and my money was reversed. I booked again in September 2024 same fee was charged again and they refuse to reimburse me. I don't understand why Vitality is only having one partner in car hire as it is seems im treated unfairly and discriminated. The benefit we pay for with vitality is wiped out by this ubsurx and unjust fee.
