Claims Department - Useless

I have emailed all the requested documents to the claims department 3 times now. Invoices, receipts, membership details, and still nothing. ***. (2-3 working days) It's been a whole week. An amended document was sent on the 7th March!!!!!!!!

NO FEEDBACK!

I am very disappointed with this department, I pay out of my own pocket for services and try to claim back and nothing. Pathetic service for a member to deal with!
