Claiming vitality points

I have been trying to find out how to claim points for finishing a weight loss programme with one of the Vitality partners and have received the most unhelpful feedback which is not at all applicable to my problem. All I want to know is how to have the points allocated to me, but all the replies tell me how to 'get started on the programme'. Any advice?
