Cheated out of my Discovery Adidas Voucher!

I would like to complain about not receiving my Adidas voucher. (I would like to add that the Manager of the Brigh****er Commons Virgin Active is doing his utmost best to help me, and that this complaint is towards the department dealing with the Adidas Voucher reward (for signing up to the gym in September 2015), and NOT the actual gym)!<br> <br> Upon signing up for my gym membership in August 2015, there was NO terms and conditions on the contract stating that I needed to be on a debit order in order to qualify for the reward. I was also never notified of this ''term'' upon signing the contact. Apparently Discovery now refuse to give me my Adidas voucher, because there was one month in which I paid cash for my membership. Please note that I have NEVER been in arrears and went to the gym MORE than I needed to in order to qualify for this \sign-up\" reward.<br> <br> I would appreciate feedback from this department as a matter of urgency, this is ridiculous and I feel cheated by Discovery.<br> <br> "
