Cheated once again by Discovery Vitality

<p>I activated the shoe booster and got the sms that I can go and buy running shoes in February.</p> <p>I didnt have a active gear card at that stage and phone vitality's partner Sportsmans warehouse where I was going to buy the shoes and asked them if it would be okay to buy with my wifes vitality active gear card and still receive cash back every month, to which they said it would be fine.</p> <p>I called a month later and enquired why Im not receiving cashback and they assured me that I will get cashback once a full month of making my targets was completed.</p> <p>I have called them in june and now suddenly they said that I was not allowed to use a fellow member on my vitality's active gear card.</p> <p>They say it is in the rules and that I had to make sure of the rules and that I was at fault.</p> <p>They are not at fault when their partner shops give me the wrong information</p> <p>They are not at fault for assuring me that everything is fine I must just complete a full months targets.</p> <p>They are not at fault when they say they call back before the end of business but call back the next afternoon.</p> <p>They can change the target goals as they whish and we should just accept it...</p> <p>If you dont sort this out I will cancel everything with Discovery, credit card, life insuarance for myself and my wife and kids everything</p> <p>REF NO. ********** 652</p> <p>REF NO. ********** 267</p>
