Cheated of our Diamond status

We were consistently diamond status for several years now , and watched our points carefully to ensure we reach gold, to keep that status. 2019 we reached gold status well in advance with 90170 points. I login regularly for my vitality active rewards and kept an eye on those points. throughout December 2019 our points were 90170 , as we had reached our max on fitness points. to my horror when i logged in on the 31st December 2019 , my points were revised to 89170, which dropped our status. as a result this year we started the year on silver instead of diamond , which reduces the benefits one receives drastically. numerous emails , no resolution , and I am totally frustrated...!!!! WHAT CHEATS !!!!@@@@
