Cheated by discovery

<p>I have sent several screenshots showing that I did my workouts and actually achieved my goals for the week. Vitality investigated sent an halfbaked solution that didnt work, I haven't received my rewards and I've been penalised for my apple watch, they deducted money on my credit card. After they sent their instructions for me that didnt solve the problem they just carelessly closed the call, having me have to create another ticket and another wait for them investigate their system problems. Im at the point now of cancelling all my discovery products and reversing all deductions for the last 6 months. Im frustrated and obviously nobody gives a damn about my case.</p>
