Changing Collection time and NOT notify clients

Discovery Team Vitality has this awkward time for collection of licenses in Gauteng North, Centurion. Collection time is only 30min, Mondays 15h30-16h00 and Wednesday 10:00-10h30. These are awkward times and most members are employed and its sometimes not easy to leave at those times. I went there on Monday, 15 Feb 2016 to collect only to be told that the Collection times have been changed, no one bothered to inform anyone. More than 20 people returned dissappointed by the a reputable company like Discovery Vitality to not inform their clients about such a change. I have paid for that license but I am continuing to pay for temporary license because collection times are just not working for me. Discovery must serve us not themselves. VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR DAYs. I need my license delivered to my work place now.
