Changes to how vitality points is earned
Kindly note that I activated by Apple watch based on the fact that I can earn 300 point for 12500+ steps per day which taking my health into account was possible for me to achieve the max of 1200 points per week.
I today (1 April) received notification that this has now been removed and I can no longer earn 300 points for that 12500+ steps, it has no been reduced to 100 per day (from 2 April).

You have unilateral changed the way I can earn points and keep my apple watch contributions to R0.
The are only two possible solutions to this problem:
1. Continue earning points the way I did when I entered into my 2 year apple watch contract; or
2. Cancel my apple watch contract with zero penalty to myself (as you changed the conditions).

Please let me know which of the above two options we must proceed with.

It is highly ********* for Discovery Vitality to lure members into these 2 year contracts and then to change the rules of how points are accumulated after the fact.
