Change of Email address

Discovery - it should be a fairly simple process to change an email address but with Discovery i have had to call over 4 times and over a week later still no response. I have been told that it has been escalated and a consultant will phone me but no phone call. Come on Discovery - this is a simple thing. Sort it out!!!!
