Change in booking and no refund

Hi,

I booked through vitality for hotel accommodation, and when I arrived at the hotel last week, to my surprise I was told that the room I booked was not available, and asked if discovery called me, to which my response was no.

Either way the hotel did what they could, and put me up in a cheaper room, and said that discovery would contact me and refund me.

I am yet to even receive an apology, phone call, or refund!

Disgusted at the professionalism!
