Cashbacks unresolved for months

I have made the same query with Discovery Vitality since April. <br> <br> I haven't received Cash backs on my Vitality Food pay-outs for the 2015 year even though the website shows pay-outs. I am not sure where the money is going to but not to our designated bank account. <br> <br> I pay R249 a month for nothing basically. <br> <br> Ridiculous that Discovery cant figure this out.
