Cashback Not Received *** logged but not resolved.

I haven't received my Vitality Cashback for October. Reason is my vitality bank account is NOT YET CLOSED. i asked this to be closed in AUGUST. What is the PROBLEM HERE?????

Im tired of this **** if you cant help me. Close everything i will move to a different Insurer.
