Cashback missing... 4 months and still waiting....

<p>On the 1st of April 2016 I pointed out to Discovery Vitality that they still owed me on the order of R1000 for "HealthyGear" cashback for purchases in Dec/Jan. Despite repeated enquiries and repeated promises that they have "escalated this matter for urgent resolution" I am STILL awaiting... four months later....! And yet every automated response still says "Feedback on the progress of this inquiry will be provided within two to three working days."</p>
