Cashback - delay in payment due to "items not on list''........ Nonsense

Made purchases in April at Sportmans Warehouse in April - 3 off, of which only 2 of the cashbacks were paid back to me. I raised this issue on the 16th of May and received the following feedback: "Items purchased are not on the list qualifying for cashback - please rever to catalogue." This is absolute appauling feedback - the items in question were netbal shoes and are 6/7th of the list of items qualifying for cashback. I then raised another enquiry - and were phoned back by one of the consultants - requesting a copy of the till slip. This added onto the first enquiry. Since the phonecall - no feedback - it is now 10 days later.
