CASH BACKS PAID TO SOMEONE ELSE

<p>This is now my 3rd issue with discovery in the last year and a half </p> <p> </p> <p>This morning I called discovery to find out where my cash backs were not being paid, only to find out they did not go into my account but someone elses. Initially i assumed it was my husbands account only to find out that it didnt belong to either of us </p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery Vitality has now asked me to obtain previous years statement from Discovery Card to see from when the money stopped getting paid into my account, i cant understand why the Discovery cant speak to their own subdivisions within the company, collate the info and give me feedback </p> <p> </p> <p>Where are my monies and how long will it take to pay them back?</p> <p> </p> <p>this is not my first instance of fighting with discovery for wither money/cash backs, points and even vitality status!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
