Cash back not paid

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>On the system for March it shows that Discovery owe me R380 in cash back for March which has not been paid. I sent vitality an email to which I was told that the amount is below the R50 minimum to allow for cash back. Now I am not sure how you do math but in my book R380 > R50. So why is my money not paid back to me?</p> <p> </p> <p>This is now the 2nd time in 4 months that vitality has messed this up with the last issue still not resolved</p>
