Cash Back and Discovery Miles Dissapearing

I am disappointed with Discovery Vitality been making several calls they are not paying my cash backs for shoe boaster, fitness device and purchases and my miles are not accumulating .I have made several calls to their call center you waste time on the call nothing ever gets resolved
