Car hire through Tempest is a ****

We did our flight and car hire bookings through Discovery Vitality as we have done a hundred times before except this time the car we chose happen to be done via Tempest - Cape Town Airport (associated with Discovery and Kulula). We normally make use of Europcar and have never had any problems what so ever.

However after the trip our car hire deposit was not returned as they tried to charge us for windscreen chips. My colleague at work overheard my conversation and later told me the exact same thing happened to his sister only a month before. He says they discovered that this was a form of **** I assume by the staff at the CT airport tempest.

Discovery and Kulula needs to seriously investigate this behaviour as I certainly won't use Tempest again.

After some calls I managed to get my deposit refunded.
