Cant log in to vitality.....no service

Worst service ever. I have been struggling for 2 weeks to log into my vitality app. Was more than half an hour on the phone with them and still not being able to log in to my vitality. I have lost money because I couldnt use my rewards because vitality doesnt want to log in. No follow up from vitality
