Cant get hold of anybody

I have been trying to get hold of discovery and discovery Vitality. I just want to change my OTP cell nr. <br> Was on old for more than a 1 hour and 45 mins. i have been struggling to get hold of them since Tuesday. <br> Each call i made i hold for almost 30-40 mins. <br> <br> I am not happy with there service. we pay a lot of money and cannot get hold of anybody.<br> <br> Also mailed them and now one came back yet.
