Cannot activate Team Vitality

When I open my Discovery app it shows that I qualify for free Team Vitality Running. If I try to activate this, it takes me though a few screens up to a point where I cannot continue. so I cannot activate. I phoned Vitality and eventually asked to speak to a manager. Ramona tried to assist and phoned back this morning and explained that it is a problem with the app and that the free membership offer expired 31 December 2017. This is not acceptable. I only joined in Feb 2017 and I am supposed to get free membership for 2018. This is how it was sold to me initially and this is what is indicated on the app (screenshots mailed to Ramona). Do you really want me to pay R350 Discovery?
