Cancelling a contract means nothing to this company. Avoid.

I sent a request to cancel my membership on February 25th 2026 via email, and followed up telephonically on March 18th after receiving no feedback. I was informed by the consultant that my account would be closed, back-dated to when I first attempted to cancel it if I emailed ***. I received my Cancellation Notice stating my account will be closed by April 30th the following day.

By June 13th, I was still receiving debit orders on a cancelled account. I emailed my full correspondence history to *** and on June 15th they sent me another Cancellation Notice. This time, backdated to March 31st 2026.

I'm writing this on September 3rd 2026 and to this day Discovery is still debiting my account. Each month I dispute it, costing me bank charges in the process. The most recent charge cannot be disputed with the bank and I have no faith that contacting Discovery directly will resolve the issue. It's been seven months of Discovery taking money for services that have not been rendered.
