Canceling Vitality is a nightmare

I contacted Vitality about canceling and the lady I spoke to was very convincing that I should give them a second chance she was going to send me my cards and ensure everything is is order that was like a month ago still don’t have cards then I sent her an email reminding her about the cards she was going to send, she did not even respond yesterday I sent her an email asking her to cancel she came back with a response saying I should ask my HR which she never previously advised me she had an attitude of note I am shocked by her service. I have been paying never received anything for all my contributions not even a discount or a voucher disgusting service by Vitality
